GENERAL QUESTIONS

Is Prize Panda a legitimate giveaway company?

Absolutely. Prize Panda has been in business for over 8 years and has given away more than $1 million in vehicles to verified winners across America. Every giveaway is legally structured as a sweepstakes in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Our drawings are conducted live, our winners are real, and we proudly display them on our Past Winners page.

Do I have to make a purchase to enter?

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. While purchasing products from our store does earn you entries, we also offer a free mail-in entry method. Simply hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage to the address listed in our Official Rules. Each mail-in entry is worth 500 entries.

Who is eligible to enter?

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state) and hold a valid driver's license. Residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and locations where prohibited by law are not eligible. Employees of Prize Panda and their immediate family members are also ineligible.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Our drawings are conducted live and broadcast publicly for complete transparency. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

How will I know if I win?

If you're selected as a potential winner, we will contact you using the phone number and email address you provided during entry. IMPORTANT: We will NEVER ask you for credit card details, bank information, or any payment to claim your prize. We also do NOT notify winners through social media DMs. If someone contacts you claiming you've won and asks for payment or financial information, it's a scam—please report it to us immediately.

How do I earn entries?

There are several ways to earn entries:

1. Purchase Products: Earn 1 entry for every dollar spent on clothing and merchandise.

2. Quick Entries: Purchase Quick Entry products for instant bulk entries at various tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Elite).

3. Entry Multipliers: Use Entry Doublers or Entry Triplers to multiply your entries.

4. Free Mail-In Entry: Send a hand-printed entry card via mail for 500 free entries. See Official Rules for complete details.

What are Quick Entries?

Quick Entries are products that allow you to instantly add a large number of entries to your account without purchasing physical merchandise. They're perfect for participants who want to maximize their chances without shopping for apparel. We offer several tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite—each providing a different number of entries at different price points.

How do Entry Doublers and Triplers work?

Entry Doublers and Entry Triplers are multiplier products that increase the entries you earn from your purchase. When you add an Entry Doubler to your cart, all qualifying entries from that order are doubled. An Entry Tripler triples them. These can be a great way to maximize the value of your purchase.

How can I check my entry count?

You can view your current entry count by logging into your Prize Panda account. Your dashboard will display your total entries for the current giveaway, as well as your entry history from past purchases.

Do my entries carry over to future giveaways?

No. Entries are only valid for the specific sweepstakes period during which they were earned. Once a giveaway ends and a winner is drawn, all entries reset to zero for the next giveaway. You'll need to earn new entries for each new sweepstakes.

PRIZES & WINNING

What is the Grand Prize worth?

The maximum Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of our Grand Prize is $500,000 USD. The specific prize for each giveaway (vehicle make, model, and any additional cash prizes) is announced on our Current Giveaway page and in the Official Rules for that sweepstakes period.

Can I choose a cash option instead of the vehicle?

Prize details, including whether a cash alternative is available, are specified in the Official Rules for each individual giveaway. Please review the current Official Rules for details on the prize structure.

Are there taxes on the prize?

Yes. The winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the prize. The value of the prize is taxable as income, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the winner's name for the value of the prize. We recommend consulting with a tax professional if you have questions about tax implications.

How do I claim my prize if I win?

If selected as a potential winner, you will be contacted via phone and email. You must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within 3 days of notification. You may also be required to complete an IRS W9 form. Once eligibility is verified, we'll coordinate prize delivery or pickup with you.

What if I can't be reached after winning?

If we cannot reach you within 2 business days of the first notification attempt, if you fail to return required documents within the specified timeframe, or if you are found to be ineligible, you will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date!

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please review our Refund Policy page for complete details on returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility. Note that entries earned from a purchase that is later refunded will be removed from your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@prizepanda.io as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may be able to return it per our Refund Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Prize Panda only ships to addresses within the United States. Our sweepstakes is also only open to legal U.S. residents. We hope to expand in the future!

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@prizepanda.io within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

SCAM AWARENESS

How do I know if I'm being scammed?

If anyone contacts you claiming you've won a Prize Panda prize and asks for:

• Credit card or bank account information
• Payment of any kind (taxes, fees, shipping, etc.)
• Gift cards or wire transfers
• Personal financial information

IT IS A SCAM. Prize Panda will NEVER ask winners to pay anything to claim their prize. We also do NOT contact winners through social media DMs. If you're unsure, contact us directly at support@prizepanda.io to verify.

Someone on social media says I won. Is it real?

No. We do NOT notify winners through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. If you receive a DM claiming you've won, it is a scam. Block and report the account. Real winners are contacted only via the phone number and email address provided during entry.

How can I report a scam?

If you've encountered a scammer impersonating Prize Panda, please email us at support@prizepanda.io with screenshots and details. This helps us take action and protect our community. You can also report the account directly to the social media platform.
